| Start: | 2K 10am (on the playing field) 10K 11am (Sheepcote Lane). Please assemble on the fields by 10.45am |

10K £10 in advance, £15 on the day |
| Awards: | Medals to all children in 2K and all finishers in 10K.
Category trophies. 10% discount on all purchases at Aro Sports for all entrants |
| Age Limit: | 10K: min age 14 (14 & 15 yr old must be accompanied by an adult) 2K: under 7s must be accompanied |
| Restrictions: | Unfortunately neither course is suitable for wheelchairs |
| Family Fun: | From 9am to 1pm. BBQ, teas, coffees and homemade cakes, bouncy castles and other fun |

Parking:
Please note that there is no parking in East Lane (there is a Farmers’ Market),
in Sheepcote Lane (the race start) or the Memorial Hall (Race HQ). We have secured ample parking in alternative sites so please
consult the map where you will see the following numbered car parks. Car
parks 1 & 2 will be open between 8:30am. and 2:00pm.
